International Sales Strategy
We design sales concepts
that work across every channel,
every country, every language.
Sitacor builds and coordinates international sales and marketing architectures for B2B and B2C — from door-to-door field sales to global multi-level distribution networks, from a single market entry to a worldwide rollout in any currency.
What We Do
One partner. Every channel. Any market.
Most companies manage their sales channels in isolation. An agency handles digital. A field sales team handles door-to-door. A telemarketing firm handles outbound. None of them talk to each other. Sitacor replaces this fragmented structure with a single, coordinated concept — built for your product, your market, and your growth target.
Coordinated multi-channel execution
Sitacor designs the architecture first. Which channel reaches which buyer profile at which stage of the decision cycle. Then we build and coordinate the execution across all relevant channels simultaneously.
B2B and B2C in parallel
B2B requires different decision logic, longer cycles, and structured field sales. B2C requires directness, impulse triggers, and high-frequency contact points. Sitacor operates both — and connects them where one offer addresses two audiences at once.
Built for international scale
Country-specific market entry, local language execution, currency-correct settlement. A concept built in Germany can be rolled out in Spain, Brazil, or Southeast Asia using the same architecture.
Sitacor does not offer isolated services. Every engagement begins with a strategic concept — then delivers the full execution.
Sales Channels
Every sales channel. Coordinated.
No single channel wins a market. The combination, timing, and coordination of channels determines the outcome. Sitacor builds and operates all of the following — individually or in any combination.
Performance Marketing
Search, display, and social advertising. Budget-controlled, tracked to cost-per-lead or cost-per-close. Full reporting.
Social Media Sales
Platform-specific targeting on LinkedIn, Meta, TikTok, and others. Organic reach plus paid placement, executed from one concept.
Email Marketing
B2B and B2C campaign sequences. Segmentation, personalization, automation, and measurable conversion.
Affiliate Marketing
Commission-based partner networks. Technical infrastructure, tracking, partner management, and payout structures.
E-Commerce Integration
Product and service distribution via existing or newly built online shop infrastructure. Cross-border capable, localized by market.
Telemarketing
Outbound and inbound call teams. Lead qualification, appointment setting, reactivation, and structured handoff to field teams.
Content & Inbound Marketing
Editorial content, SEO strategy, and authority-building as a long-term sales channel. Generates demand before direct contact.
Influencer & Creator Distribution
Targeted product and service distribution via relevant content creators in specific industries and markets.
Phygital Strategy
Online and offline are not separate worlds. Sitacor connects them.
A customer sees a LinkedIn ad on Monday. On Wednesday a field sales representative visits them in person. On Friday they sign a contract via a tablet-based digital form. Which channel gets credit for this sale?
Most channel structures break here. Attribution fails, commissions fall through gaps, and partners lose trust in the system.
Sitacor builds the bridge. Every offline impulse is tracked to its digital outcome. Every digital interaction is followed up through the right physical channel. No gaps between contact points. No lost attribution. No unresolved handoffs.
Phygital Attribution
Every contact point, regardless of channel, is attributed to the originating partner.
Channel Synchronization
Offline and online campaigns run on the same timeline, targeting the same customer journey.
Seamless Handoffs
A lead generated digitally is handed to the right physical channel. A contact made in person is followed up digitally. Nothing falls through.

Referral Engine
Every customer becomes a source of new customers.
The most cost-effective sales channel is a satisfied customer who recommends your product. Most companies leave this channel unstructured and unpaid. Sitacor builds it into the concept from the start.
Sitacor designs referral architectures that turn customers into active distribution partners. Through structured commission frameworks, digital referral tracking, and automated reward processing, every closed customer becomes a node in a growing network.
This is not a loyalty program. It is a sales channel — with attribution, commission logic, and scalable infrastructure.
- 01
Automatic attribution
Every referral is tracked to its source, regardless of how the new customer ultimately converts.
- 02
Commission structures
Flexible reward models: one-time payouts, recurring commissions, or tiered incentive levels.
- 03
Scalable to multi-level
The referral architecture can be expanded into full multi-level distribution structures, coordinated across countries and currencies.
“In a well-designed referral system, your customer base becomes your sales force.”
Global Scale
One concept. Any country. Any language. Any currency.
Building a sales concept in Germany is straightforward. Executing the same concept in France, Brazil, the UAE, and South Korea simultaneously — with local language, local compliance, and local currency settlement — requires infrastructure that most agencies cannot provide.
Sitacor builds this infrastructure as part of the concept.
| Dimension | What Sitacor delivers |
|---|---|
| Multi-Channel | All 18 sales channels, individually or in combination |
| Multi-Level | Distribution networks across unlimited hierarchy levels, with automated commission calculation |
| Multi-Language | Market-native content, sales scripts, and communication in any target language |
| Multi-Currency | Pricing, invoicing, and commission settlement in any currency, with local tax compliance |
A product sold through a three-tier distribution network in five countries requires five local price points, five languages, and five currency-correct settlement processes running simultaneously. Sitacor builds the architecture that makes this operationally simple for the client. The complexity is inside the system, not in the client's inbox.
About the Name
The name has a story.
In the Ramayana, one of the foundational texts of South and Southeast Asian culture, Sita is the figure of purity, strength, and unwavering reliability. These are not soft qualities. They describe the standard a consulting partner is held to when money, market position, and months of planning are on the table.
Latin for heart. Present in every major Romance language as a living root: Corazón in Spanish, Cuore in Italian, Cœur in French, Cor in Portuguese. A word that travels without translation. A concept understood before it is explained.
“Sitacor. A name built from two ancient words — one for integrity, one for presence. Readable in any language. Meaningful in all of them.”
How We Work
How an engagement starts.
Step 1 — Strategy Call
We start with a single conversation. You describe your product, your current sales situation, and what you want to achieve. No forms, no briefing documents. A direct conversation.
Step 2 — Concept Design
Based on the call, Sitacor designs the channel architecture. Which channels in which sequence. Which markets in which order. Which languages and which structural setup for distribution.
Step 3 — Coordinated Execution
Sitacor takes over coordination of all selected channels. You have one point of contact. One strategy. One responsibility for results.
